Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped in 3-15 days from the date of placing the order. Although 95% of orders are shipped in 10 days or less but some orders may take up to 20 days to dispatch.

If your order has not been shipped even after 15 days of your placing the order please check the status of your order in the My Account section of our website. You can view the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with Birman Paris here

* On the “My Accounts” page click on “My Orders” to see the status of all your orders
